Re-training your core and pelvic floor is essential in the postpartum period, regardless if you have had a vaginal or cesarean delivery. These exercises will help will help optimise every day functional movements such as walking, lifting and squatting as well as provide a foundation for building strength and loading as you return to exercise postpartum.
